Pressure, temperature, flow, level, density, weight, liquid and gas analytics, control valves and final control elements. Whatever needs calibrating on your site, using calibration tooling that is NATA calibrated every twelve months.
Every loop is checked from field device back to the control system, and every instrument function tested. Critical systems are fully function tested to ensure cause and effects work as required, imagine destroying your SAG mill or crusher when a lubrication fault occurs, we test these systems fully. Anything that needs attention turns up while the plant is still down.
Control valves, positioners and I/P transducers set up, stroked and tuned while our crew is already on site, so the plant responds the way it's meant to once you're back up and running.
We don't just complete your test sheets and update data sheets, we fully document and back up all the instrument settings we touch, so you're left with a complete record of how everything was set up. Every calibration is fully NATA traceable and saved through the Instrowest Calibration App to our Calibration Management System, with full access for you through the CMS client portal.

Purpose-built
Instrowest's custom-built project and shutdown support trailer was designed and built specifically to serve clients' shutdown needs. It brings together a workshop, office, clean room and crib facility in one mobile unit, carrying specialist calibration equipment, tools, commonly used consumables and everything needed for document control, so crews can arrive on site, set up quickly and work as independently as possible. Handy when your shutdown is somewhere remote with limited facilities.
